How We Engage
Economic Empowerment
We facilitate women through self help groups and clusters formation, job or market linkages, federation, skill development, personality development, marketing and online retail through our participatory activities. Wherever needed we conduct basic adult, financial and digital literacy classes also.
Gender Perspective
Through sessions in SHGs ad communities, we build new perspectives to gender equality so that women identify violation of right, resolve their grievances and access redressal to the same. Women in several marginalised communities have accepted regressive gender specific norms as a way of life.
Reframing the Narrative
Change in the lives of women can be sustainable if her family and community members be a part of it. We empower and support her in making the vicinity more inclusive by conducting activities like film screenings and sessions with stakeholders to create more inclusive communities.
