Employment With Fair Returns
Most of our efforts involve making people financially self-sufficient. Under this wing, we either work with people who are unemployed and also those who are being exploited with unfair conditions. In this regard, our prime beneficiary group is artisans of handicrafts, handloom and embroidery.

Our Approach
Collectivisation
By our sessions, film screenings, exposure visits and other tools, we collectivise youth artisans to ensure sustainable and holistic growth. It brings independence with inter-dependence. They produce goods and market together, decide & regulate their prices and also support in personal crises.
Skill Diversification
Certified trainers conduct trainings and workshops to build on the existing skills of the artisans. Our team encourages the artisans to blend their knowledge and new-age needs. This mean finding new application of old technique or building new designs for similar application
Collaborations
One of the block heads of the current system of handicraft is the disconnect between the maker and user. With websites, digital platforms and online stores easing direct engagement, we try to establish networks and client-interactive models for online and offline selling.
